Rose's Mexican background influenced her in starting Fab Piñatas. Several years back a friend knew she had the talent of sculpture. She asked Rose if she knew how to make a piñata and if she could make her one. Growing up with pinatas wasn't enough, she knew she needed to dig further into her culture and learn it all. So this is how Fab Piñatas came to be.  The Dora The Explorer Piñata was to be the 1st.

Teaching the history of the piñata and sharing the enjoyment they bring, is her goal. Keeping in the tradition of the materials used and how they are made is key for Fab Piñatas. Making each piñata unique to the next is important to make them unique to each person.
